Ph.D. (2019) in cotutelle between the University of the Basque Country and the University of Bordeaux. My thesis investigated the evolution of the cervical spine in hominoids, and its relationship with posture and locomotor behaviors. For my research, I worked with 3D imaging and, I combined methods of Geometric Morphometrics and linear variables.
Currently, I hold a Juan de la Cierva-Formación Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at IPHES (2021-2023). Here, I work with Dr. Carlos Lorenzo, and our current project purpose is to advance in the knowledge of the evolution of the human hands by analyzing magnitudes and patterns of integration.
