Graduated in Conservation and restoration of Cultural Heritage in UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) in 2015. In 2017, I obtained my Master in Diagnosis of the State of preservation of the Historical Heritage in UPO (Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Sevilla). In addition, I am currently doing the Master in Quaternary Archaeology and Human Evolution of URV (Universitat Rovira i Virgili).
My main research concern is the study of the efficacy of consolidants using for archeological materials. My Master thesis focus on the behavior of acrylic resins on fossil bones, studying how different methods of application influence their penetration and cohesion capacity. My PhD, also will evaluate the efficacy of new consolidants, as nanoparticles and hydroxyapatite in fossil bones and lithic materials, mainly from Sierra de Atapuerca and Barranc de la Boella sites.
During 2016 I collaborated as conservator in the Regional Archeological Museum from Madrid in the conservation-restoration of Pinilla del Valle (Madrid) materials. In addition, I collaborate in the restoration team of Trinchera del Ferrocarril, Atapuerca (since 2016).
